Introduced in 2018. Just like previous models, our 155/163″ Tunnel Platform is specifically designed for Polaris Pro chassis snowmobiles (but will work on most previous models). It was a combined effort with local dealers and customer requests to help alleviate the overheating problem on some Pro chassis sleds by lifting luggage off of the tunnel, then providing large openings for snow to reach the tunnel.
The platform leaves roughly 1 1/4″ of clearance between your gear and the tunnel, thereby allowing snow to run down the full length of the tunnel to keep it cool. Plus, it protects your gear from getting too hot by lifting it off of the tunnel.
